How do I book a wedding viewing?
We’d love to show you around. Simply get in touch with our Weddings Team to arrange a private viewing at a time that suits you. During your visit, we’ll show you our ceremony and reception spaces, discuss your ideas, and answer any questions about your special day.
Can we hold both our ceremony and reception at China Fleet Country Club?
Yes. We are licensed to host civil ceremonies and can also accommodate your drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening celebration. Giving you and your guests the ability to enjoy your entire day in one location.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our flexible event spaces can cater for both intimate celebrations and larger weddings. During your planning meeting, we’ll recommend the most suitable room based on your guest numbers and vision.
Are your wedding packages flexible?
Absolutely. Our wedding packages are designed to provide excellent value while still allowing you to personalise your day. We’ll work with you to tailor your package with optional upgrades, décor and bespoke touches.
Do you offer exclusive use?
We have a range of spaces available depending on your wedding style. Our wedding team will discuss the best options for your celebration and any exclusive use opportunities available.
Can we create our own menu?
Our talented chefs have created a selection of delicious menus, and we’re happy to discuss dietary requirements and bespoke options where possible.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements. Please let the wedding team know your guests’ needs in advance.
Is there accommodation available?
Yes. We have a selection of self-catering apartments, making it easy for your guests to stay overnight and continue the celebrations.
Is there parking?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your wedding guests.
Can children attend?
Of course. We welcome family celebrations and can discuss children’s menus and family-friendly options to help make the day enjoyable for guests of all ages.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
You’re welcome to use your preferred suppliers, although we’ll also be delighted to recommend trusted local photographers, florists, entertainers, venue stylists and other wedding professionals we’ve worked with.
Can we have outside catering?
Sadly, we do not allow outside catering – however our chefs are happy to work with you on creating a menu perfect for your special day.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Yes. You’re welcome to personalise your space. We’ll discuss any venue guidelines during your planning meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you allow live bands and DJs?
Yes. Whether you’re planning a live band, DJ or acoustic entertainment, we’ll work with you and your suppliers to create the perfect evening celebration.
Who will help us plan our wedding?
You’ll have a dedicated Wedding Coordinator who will guide you from your initial enquiry through to your wedding day, ensuring every detail is carefully planned.
When should we book?
Popular dates can book up well over a year in advance. We recommend securing your preferred date as early as possible.
Do you offer winter weddings?
Yes. Winter weddings offer a wonderfully romantic atmosphere making them a popular choice for couples looking for something a little different.
Can we have an outdoor drinks reception?
Weather permitting, outdoor spaces are available for drinks receptions and photographs, providing a beautiful backdrop for your celebrations.
Are pets allowed?
If you’d like your well-behaved dog to be part of your special day, please speak with our Wedding Team. We’ll discuss the options available.
Do you offer wedding tastings?
Yes. Selected packages include a menu tasting, and additional tasting experiences may also be available before your big day.
